Fanatics and Complex Partner with BLACKPINK to Launch Exclusive Collection
Sports merchandise giant Fanatics and culture media platform Complex have joined forces with K-Pop sensation BLACKPINK to open a pop-up store in Los Angeles’s Fairfax district. This store is exclusively featuring a limited-edition league merchandise collection, co-developed by the two companies and BLACKPINK. On Friday, the opening day, a long queue of fans had already formed by the 11 AM opening time.
The league collection includes Mitchell & Ness jerseys, hoodies, t-shirts, and hats that blend elements of major NBA and MLB teams with BLACKPINK’s iconic style. Featured cities and teams include Los Angeles (Dodgers, Lakers), Chicago (Bulls, Cubs, White Sox), and New York (Mets, Knicks).
This Los Angeles pop-up is the first of two hosted by Fanatics and Complex during the “Deadline” tour, with the second scheduled to open in New York from July 25 to 27. These exclusive merchandise items are also available for purchase on the Fanatics website, Complex website, MLB Shop, and NBA Store.
Hollywood Palladium Offers Immersive Fan Experience
In addition to the Fanatics and Complex collaboration, another BLACKPINK-focused pop-up store opened its doors on Friday at the Hollywood Palladium for the weekend. According to Live Nation, this pop-up offers “immersive photo moments, interactive fan experiences, and a first-ever exclusive new merchandise collection.” The group plans to host pop-up shops in other cities throughout their tour, including Chicago, Toronto, and New York.
“Deadline” World Tour and New Single “Jump”
BLACKPINK kicked off their latest tour earlier this month in Goyang, South Korea, where they debuted their newest single, “Jump,” officially released on Friday, July 11. This extensive tour, comprising 31 performances, is set to continue until early 2026, marking the first-ever all-stadium tour for a K-Pop girl group.
The four-member group is scheduled to begin their two-night consecutive performances at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, England, on Saturday evening.
