KCON LA 2025 to Host Kick-Off Gala at Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Featuring YIM Siwan and P1Harmony


LOS ANGELES, CA – The world’s largest Korean culture festival, KCON LA 2025, is set to launch with an official kick-off event on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at the David Geffen Theater inside the prestigious Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. Co-hosted with CJ ENM, the evening will feature a star-studded lineup of South Korea’s leading entertainers, including celebrated actor YIM Siwan and popular K-Pop group P1Harmony.

 

A One-Night Celebration to Kick Off KCON LA 2025

 

Titled “K-Culture Night at the Academy Museum with KCON,” this exclusive event serves as the celebratory eve for the main KCON LA 2025 festival. The program is packed with diverse content, including live K-Pop performances, dance showcases, and a special panel discussion with distinguished guests. Hosted by the Academy Museum and CJ ENM, this partnership aims to spotlight exceptional stories and filmmakers from Korea and across Asia, presenting them to a global audience.

While official ticket sales have ended, a limited number of standby tickets may become available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis if seats open up on the day of the event. However, a spot in the standby line does not guarantee admission.

Please note that all seating is general admission and saving seats is not permitted. As late entry is at the discretion of theater management, ticket holders are strongly advised to be seated at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the program.
