About the TV Anime SAKAMOTO DAYS
SAKAMOTO DAYS is a neo-action story by Yuto Suzuki, currently serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump.” The plot follows Taro Sakamoto, once a feared legendary hitman, who now fights to protect his peaceful daily life with his beloved family from a barrage of assassins. The second cour of the TV anime adaptation began airing in July 2025. The series has been gaining significant momentum, thanks in part to the stellar performances of its star-studded voice cast, including Tomokazu Sugita as Sakamoto, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Shin, and the recent addition of Kouki Uchiyama as the new character, Lu Shaotang.
