The music unit DUSTCELL, consisting of vocalist EMA and composer Misumi, launched their first new track in approximately five months, “Tomoshibi,” on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. The song was written specifically as the ending theme for the TV anime Gachiakuta, which began broadcasting in July 2025. The track was written and composed by Misumi, with arrangement by Misumi, Shoma Ito, and Sosuke Oikawa.

Fully Animated Music Video Directed by YKBX Premieres
The music video for “Tomoshibi” premiered on YouTube at 8:00 PM JST on Wednesday, July 16. The video is directed by filmmaker YKBX, marking his first collaboration with DUSTCELL. The entirely full-animation piece is a masterwork of chaos and reverence, vividly expressing the worldview of the anime and the raw energy of the song.

About the TV Anime ‘Gachiakuta’
Gachiakuta is a battle-action series centered on Rudo, a boy born in a slum inhabited by the descendants of criminals. The original manga, created by Kei Urana, is serialized in Kodansha’s “Weekly Shonen Magazine,” with animation production handled by the acclaimed studio BONES FILM.
